This Thursday November 4 is Crown Oaks Day at Flemington, one of the most highly attended days of the Melbourne Cup Carnival. Of course, we all know that many attendees don’t go for the races, as Crown Oaks Day is also Ladies’ Day!
While fashion is an important part of the Melbourne Cup Carnival, it’s not so important to punters. Luckily, Crown Oaks Day also features a 9 event race card, including the Group 1 Crown Oaks, the most important race in Australia for 3 year old fillies.
