The 2012 Shadwell Stud Australasia Stakes final field has attracted 11 acceptors in a race that looks like it could have a bit of value for punters.

There’s a couple of nice types in the field for the Listed contest that runs over 1200m at Caulfield this Saturday.

There’s no doubting which horse is the headline act with Mosheen being accepted for by trainer Robert Smerdon.

The three year old filly is equal top weight on 57kg but her class should more than make up for the loss of her weight advantage to the boys.

She’s far from a shoe in though, Mosheen was stepped out all the way to 2500m last prep and comes back to 1200m here.

That being said she was successful over a mile the start before being stepped up for the first time so she might be nippy enough off a freshen up.

She won’t have things all her own way though with the likes of Highly Recommended and Petman an ever present danger.

There’s also Rifleman for David Hayes, a horse with only three race starts but he’s two from two this prep.

Then there’s That’s The One, he burst onto the scene with two big wins last prep and he looks set to fire first up.
